Terms of Service
By connecting a YouTube channel to Producora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not connect a channel.
1. The service
Producora is an AI assistant for YouTube creators. It reads your channel and its analytics with your permission, tracks public activity in your category, and delivers content ideas and scripts through a Telegram bot. The service is currently in closed testing and is offered free of charge, by invitation.
2. Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You may connect only a channel you own or are authorised to manage.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your Google and Telegram accounts secure.
3. What we may and may not do
We access your data only as described in the Privacy Policy, on a read-only basis. We cannot and will not publish, edit or delete anything in your YouTube account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Producora to generate content that infringes third-party rights, violates the YouTube Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, or breaks applicable law. You may not resell, redistribute or automate access to the service without our written permission.
5. Content you receive
Ideas and scripts produced by Producora are suggestions generated by an AI system. You decide what to publish and you remain solely responsible for the content of your channel. We make no claim of ownership over the output; you are free to use it for your channel.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. Being in testing, it may be interrupted, changed or discontinued at any time. Recommendations may be inaccurate or incomplete, and we do not guarantee any growth, views or revenue result.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Producora and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost views, subscribers, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time by sending /deletechannel to the bot and revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached or if the service is discontinued.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced through the Telegram bot before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
